Yes they took our brief and exceeded our expectations.

Yes we were always part of the process, we built a functional, well built website that not only works, it looks very professional. Yes we were kept informed at every step.

Liam broke the jargon down so we could understand the lingo. He spent a lot of time explaining why things were as they are, even after the site was launched and he was paid. The customer service is second to none, hard pressed to find it anywhere else.

We were delighted with the final outcome, again our expectations were exceeded.

The support Frequency have given after the site went live is nothing like I experienced from a company, our website had a forum attached and Frequency Design have given us an exceptional amount of aftercare service at no extra cost. They could easily have billed us for this but they did not/have not so from this point of view this seperates them from most web designers/house who charge an hourly rate.

The complications were dealt with swiftly and always completed immediately.

I would advise anyone looking to get a website designed to contact Frequency Design, they were very competitively priced and took this project on knowing the budget was very tight. They worked within our means and delivered an exceptional, functional website that looks very professional within budget, yet they managed to exceed our expectations.
