A: we have a JAD session (joint application design) session where we breakdown the entire project and provide a technical document that explains every step. We then build it to spec, bug test and handover.

A: ignore their boasting they do SEO and are social media masters. most are not. If you like the style of site they use as their own brand then you are going to the right people
