A: I'm a person, not a company.

A: Coffee shops, a desk and a laptop.

A: It's me myself and I so my boss is a stick in the mud, and never lets me have any fun! Fortunately I love building web sites.

A: I'm a programmer first, I can handle all aspects of web design from start to maintenance.

A: Word of mouth, social media.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Meet with the client, create a proposal, receive a deposit, do the work, display work, fix any issues, launch work.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Open and honest.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: If someone wants something that is not possible, I explain why it's not possible to them.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Ask them questions, based on what the client feels their needs are.

A: Planning is just guessing. A ten year plan in this industry shows you don't know how quickly things change.

A: Less out sourced more in-house.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: I was given a name by my parents, it seemed pretty good to me.
