ink website design was absolutely fantastic to work with from our first contact, when I requested information right through to the site going live and working through our final notes. The following aspects of our experience stand out, and I would recommend Chantal/ink with total confidence to anyone.
-Communication: always timely, thorough, complete and positive. Changes were never a problem, and Chantal often supplied alternative suggestions.
-Timelines: work was delivered on time or ahead of time, we never waited for information or changes. Chantal's timing was so consistent it was predictable, and I didn't once ask when follow-up was coming.
-Budget: our project came in on budget, and we felt ink delivered excellent value in the service provided and final product.

I couldn't have been more satisfied that I was with the relationship that I had with my webdesigner, Chantal McCullaugh.
She totally understood my desires for a web design and she communicated with me in a way that I could understand.
She keep me totally involved with the process and was able to provide features that I didn't even know were available.

Working with Chantal at Ink Design took a tremendous stress off the entire process. Her ability to create from the ideas I presented was exceptional. I simply can't say enough how how wonderful Chantal is to work with. Not only is she extremely efficient and responsible, she's also creative and a true artist. She always makes me feel like I'm part of the process and asks questions if she's not sure what direction to take - I completely trust her abilities to fix a issue or to make any aspect of my website look fantastic.

It is very comforting to know that things will get done on-time (rare in this line of work), and get done properly. I feel very lucky to have found her and have recommended her to many people. With a website, it's not just how good it looks that's important (although that counts for a lot), but it's also how easy it is to reach your webdesigner, how quickly they'll get things done for you, and how easy they are to work with in general - if you're just starting out with a website, it's very important to ask questions about these things as well.

Chantal is a true professional and creates stunning websites - I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Chantal was excellent to work with! We were looking to create a site that was eye-catching and unique, as well as user friendly, and Ink did just that. Chantal asked us questions to determine our needs and from this was able to create an awesome design proof of the site right from the start. Having a great initial design made it easy to adjust small details to our taste. We always felt comfortable making requests and changes as needed, and each change was done quickly and sent to us for approval. She also had tons of creative ideas and really paid attention to the small details, which really makes a big difference in the overall look of the site.

The estimate that was given to us was incredibly accurate and Chantal sent periodic updates to keep us posted on our budget. Whenever we requested additional pages to be added, or other work to be done, Chantal sent us a new price quote to update our initial budget prior to beginning the work. Our website vision was definitely achieved thanks to all of Chantals hard work and we love our website! We would highly reccomend Ink to any company looking to create a fresh new website or update their current site.
