Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We strive to provide an affordable website solution. We specialize in small business.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We do not have a stand alone location. It can be mobile.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Myself and my uncle work as a team. I perform all web related work as well as financial, and he does our marketing.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: WE ARE AFFORDABLE' AND REASONABLY PRICED!! We take the time to discuss different options to work out the best possible price for our clients. We work quickly and efficiently to maximize our client's website and its potential on the web.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth, social media advertising, referrals, paper advertising (flyers)

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: This depends on client needs and wants. I usually let the client decide what they want, and then over time ask if it is sufficient, and also if they need anything extra performed. I also suggest things to be done.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I work as quick and efficiently as I can to perform tasks for clients. Some can take a bit of time to do, but it will be well worth the wait. Demanding clients can be a challenge, but performing to their expectations is what makes a business.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: There are a few things to consider with this question: Reliability, customer service, pricing and overall satisfaction. These elements make up a great company in the web hosting business.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I will hopefully branch out into the United Sates in the next little while. In 10 years I hope to have a solid clientele in Canada and the USA. Keeping customers satisfied and paying less for their websites is what H&M Hosting is all about.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I hope to learn new technologies and expand my knowledge of the web and how it works so I can better serve my clients and their needs.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: The letters "H" and "M" represent the starting initials of mine and my uncle's nicknames for each other. Hooch and Migs.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: S.E.O. is the most important tool on the internet for websites these days. Constantly updating and adding key words to your S.E.O. will keep you at the top of Google Search and other search engines.
