A: We want to help our clients use the web to increase efficiencies, drive leads and ultimately sales.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Laid back, hidden away, low overhead office is the way we like to operate. Keeps costs down so we can do great work for less.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We are a team that knows what we need to do for each project. Each guys does what he does best and we delegate out the todo lists so that the right guy gets the right task.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We do top end work at middle of the pack prices. We support and train our clients one on one and are always a phone call away. We have many clients who are on their 3rd or 4th website with us...a rarity in this industry. This shows that what we do is special.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: It is almost entirely from word of mouth.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: When you start a project with us, you deal with the same guy (Ryan Grassie - Team Leader) throughout the entire process. No account managers or talking directly to designers. I meet with you to understand your business, and then translate that into the design and development so your site is everything you need it to be.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I am very upfront and communication can always solve any issues.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Look at the work they do, meet with the person who will be working with you. Trust is everything.

A: There are 4 fundamental forces in the universe. We are the 5th one.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Think about the web as a tool to create efficiencies. Whether those efficiencies are getting leads easier then traditional marketing, making something easier for your clients or making something easier for you. This is what we do, and we do it well.
