A: To provide a quality web hosting product, real support and building client relationships. We also provide a reasonable price on SEO and web design services.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We don't charge to outrageous amounts for simple web site designs. We price our work fairly and competitively while providing a superior product comparable or better than those companies charging thousands of dollars.

A: Referrals and search results.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: To be honest and upfront about costs, the timeframe and to be realistic about what can be accomplished for the price quoted.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I would ask them to find someone else. We don't have the energy to put up with unreasonable clients.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Think about what you want, and your goals for your site. If you want it yesterday, you will likely end up making a bad decision on anyone you choose, give yourself and the designer the right amount of time to complete a project properly. If someone promises a site in a day or 2, its likely not going to be well done.

A: It was chosen to reflect our values on promoting social justice and causes as well as representing our values in terms of being honest and reasonable about our offerings in an industry that is clouded in double speak and scammers.

A: Have good content, good design and have it properly updated (if using a cms like wordpress) so it does not get hacked.
