A: My name is Sally Garen. As the principal of GoGo Graphics, I have a hand in all work that is produced by my company.

A: It's the same as the Rotary 4-Way Test shown below. Of the things we think, say or do: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it bring goodwill and better friendship? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: A clean, organized creative space where workers can gaze out the windows at the beautiful mountainscape that is our location's scenery.

A: We are a tight group of professionals working for the benefit of all.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We will always use our skills to provide creative and technologically sound work on your project.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: From people we know.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We provide varying categories of website packages, ranging from a basic brochure template sites to elegant custom designs with all the features and elements you require to attain your goals. Once we begin work on your project, we will walk you through each phase from initial concept to final buildout with your approval at every phase of the work. We listen to your needs and we are there once the project is completed to either help you maintain the site or to help you learn how to manage your own site.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Listening to our clients!

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We listen some more and determine how to meet their demands.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: By looking at their previous work for others, and contacting their clients to ask about the experience and level of satisfaction.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Still producing great work for lots of happy clients!

A: It will continue to quickly change and evolve with technological advances.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: For pure alliteration with the owner's last name.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Two things: To remember to update it when they have new offerings. To refresh it every 3 years, bringing it to compliance with current techological advances and media.
