Ross is a fantastic person to work with even though I have never had a face to face.

We wanted a web site for the resort, and talked to our guests to see who they would recommend. A guest went on and on about how you had to talk to this guy "Ross". "He'll bring you more business than you can handle", he told us.

Well it turned out to be true. Ross completely overhauled our website and got a marketing plan in place in a matter of weeks. It's been a year since his work and we've been booked solid for months.

We frequently go back for more from Ross. And he does not disappoint.

We've tried other web guys, but Ross is the best. He took our old site that was full of problems and difficult to maintain and turned it into something we like to show off! He was patient with all our questions and turned the job around in just a few days. It was amazing. He met with us one day and listened to us trying to describe what we were looking for, and four days later we had a new site, a Google Adwords account, and E-Bay account, a Paypal Account, and ads on Kijiji. Almost overnight we started receiving call from customers interested in out wood processor! If you need a site to help you sell stuff, Ross is the guy for you!

Ross was great! He designed our site 5 years ago and we've invited him back again to redesign it to meet our new needs. He came in and showed us how to use the CMS Joomla and it looks really slick!
