In fact , our website designer was a great guide as we were novices so it was great to get good ideas.

I am so pleased with the professional services I received with PDA Design Web (Youronlineshop). Peters patience with me on working with him on the site was no problem, and is still ongoing. He is always there to assist in the most pleasant and professional manner and patient to explain everything to me as I go, even though he is in Melbourne and I am on the Gold Coast.
With the help from Peter to design the logo and look of the site I am pleased with the overall look and feel of the site, and had several comments on how elegant and professional it looks. I have recommended PDA to other people looking for someone they can trust and at a reasonable price to design and host a website for them and I saw one of those people has already a website! Fantastic!
At all times during the process Peter let me know what was going on in talk I could understand and what I needed to do as well. It can be quite concerning when you ask someone to design and host a website for you, but Peter rang me to talk to me and out of the 12 or so quotes I received, PDA stood out the most to me.

Youronlineshop worked on my website when it became in-operational because I basically deleted it by mistake. My previous designer was not available to help me repair it but Youronline shop were quick to assist even though the original site was not done with them. I found this to be exceptional service as they were result focused and expedient and met my goal of getting a new site up and running within a couple of days. This meant that my business did not suffer as a result of my stupidity.
Not only is the site as I want it, after they optimized it for searching, after a relatively short time it is now being getting 1000% more hits then before!
They made the whole process stress free and great value for money even with such a short time frame for getting it done.

First class web design service. My business has more than doubled since PDA redesigned my sites and advised on the most effective ways to utilise all aspects of web marketing. I have used other web designers in the past and found they failed to deliver on results they promised and lacked the personal, polite service of PDA. In addition the creation of logos and the general look of my site has inspired me to promote my product confidently and has out classed a lot of my competition.
