Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We aim to bring together great talent in a spirit of collaboration in order to produce simple, effective and usable solutions that provide convenience, performance and exceeds expectation in a profitable but ethical manner.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: There are two types of web companies in the market. The industry leaders are extremely expensive and the smaller inexperienced designers are cheap and nasty. Throughout our growth towards an industry leader we are positioning ourselves as a good yet affordable firm.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Being honest and getting the job done. Every client knows what they would like to achieve, our job is to find out what that is and just get on with the job. We turn away jobs if we can't do it, there's no point in having angry customers.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We don't manage demanding clients, our scope of works does. We put everything on paper and set expectations from day one. That way there are no surprises, for anyone.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

A: Looking at the most beautiful cities on the planet, they are spectacular because of their architecture, the buildings, the streets, the planning and design that goes with it. That is exactly what we want to do, for the web.
