Copy Writer

Allison is one of the Senior Copywriters here at Surf Pacific and enjoys helping the team write uplifting copy for clients.

Allison studied a Bachelor of Communications at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. From here she wrote journalistic articles, studied Australian films and dabbled in a bit of creative writing. A blank page and juxtaposing words together, is akin to the fun Artists have with canvas and paint brush to Allison.

Designer

Cara is one of our longest running team members, having worked with Surf Pacific for over seven years.

As our graphic and web designer, she is responsible for making your website and branding collaterals look fantastic. Cara will work with you closely at the start of your project to create a website design that is in line with your company philosophy and perception.

Director

Steve and Carolyn are the proud parents of four equally successful young men who share their parent’s enthusiasm and flair for business. In their spare time, which isn’t that often, Steve and Carolyn enjoy spending quiet time with family.

Sales & Markerting

With years of experience in developing the winner’s mindset on the sporting field, Charlie Gray is now helping client’s develop the same mindset in the online arena.

Charlie Gray is one of four sons of Steve and Carolyn Gray. One of Charlie’s earliest passions was football and he trained in the company of winners including Adem Poric, a professional footballer, most famous for playing for Sheffield Wednesday. Charlie also undertakes a strict regime of boxing training four days a week in the early hours of the morning. When he is not perfecting his craft on the sporting field or in the boxing ring, Charlie can be seen in the Surf Pacific office helping develop winning online marketing strategies for prospective clients and making great coffee!

Communications Co-ordinator

Nicola is the Communications Co-ordinator here at Surf Pacific and is responsible for internal and external corporate communications. Nicola takes care of the public relations, strategic communications and copywriting for Surf Pacific.

Nicola has a background in Journalism and Public Relations and is very much a people person who enjoys working with clients and co-workers alike. She has been working with Surf Pacific for around 6 months and is proud to say she loves her job.

Product Development

Oliver Bárány is known as the guru around the office. Oliver is passionate about helping clients achieve success and helping them build their online empires.

Starting his career in 2001 as a web designer, Oliver quickly mastered a wide array of skillsets including PHP programming, online shopping cart development, landing page optimisation, online monetisation, search engine optimisation and social media marketing. Oliver has used this experience to help develop several Australian and international internet properties from the ground up. Needless to say, this extensive background has given him the rare ability to approach online development from a business perspective.

Director

Steve and his wife Carolyn founded Surf Pacific in London and worked within the film and television industry as one of the very first digital agencies. He and Carolyn moved their business and family to the Gold Coast in 2000 in pursuit of warmer weather and have been running the company together ever since.
