A: Small teams can compliment each other. Like a family.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Being a smaller based office we can deal with our customer personally, when they need us.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: From word of mouth! The best advertising. Some online as well.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Sometime clients require a meet and greet to discuss things. This is great for us as well as you get a feel for their business. Sometimes it's all over the phone and emails as they know exactly what they would like. Its up to the client what ever they would like.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Understanding. Always! understanding what the clients wants, needs and is trying to do.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I don't think of clients as demanding. Majority of the time it could be a miscommunication.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Ask the company up front, is this what you would like to do? Majority of the time they will tell you. Be wary of companies that claim to do everything, they are often larger and while they may be able to do everything if you have a problem will they still be there in a hurry for you once you have signed up?

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Still providing the same great service we do now, with more happy clients!

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: My thoughts on this change daily, depending on what I am reading and exploring.

A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Personalised because it's for you the client, and Art, as that is how I think of each website.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: KISS! Keep It Simple.
