September 2007, Nuclear Studio was approached by DeutscheBank's former direct PrivateEquity business in Australia, DB Capital Partners, now known as Propel Investments. Propel Investments is a Sydney-based boutique private equity manager, typically investing in Australia & NewZealand in established businesses with Enterprise Values in the range of A$50 million to A$250 million. Propel Investments web requirements were for a corporate website that embodied their company's values, providing a company overview and current & past investments. Propel Investment's place in the market naturally created a challenge, as the website would be an integral tool in driving clients with A$20 Million-upwards to invest.

I have used the services of Alister Walters and the team at Nuclear Studio on many occasions over the years, and have also been impressed with the results. As a personal novice in his expertise, I was also eager to learn more to adopt a more hands on approach, whilst still maintain absolute control due to being burnt by providers in the past. Alister has been very helpful over the years, not just providing assistance on his paid works, but also assisting me enabling me to take a "hands-on" approach where required, all the while knowing expert assistance was only a phone call away.

Alister will usually drop everything to help based on urgency. He also knows the industry back to front, and can draw on his personal network of associates to assist you in most all customised web and graphic solutions. This has greatly assisted our business with being able to offer features and services in-line with our much larger and better funded competitors enabling us a competitive edge, keeping our service costs low, whilst maximising our profits enabling us to pay / rebate a premium to our clients and alliances.

In a word, exceptional. Alister and his team created for us a website that is world-class.

He does wonderful work with design and has a real flare for what looks good and suits our business. He was able to to create a web presence that captured exactly the image we are conveying to our customers.
