Having had a bad experience with another web design company, I fell upon Blis via a recommendation from my Accountant.
From the first contact I realised that I probably should have contacted these guys in the first place. Although there fees may not be the cheapest there service is second to none, and therefore reflects there price. I certainly wish I had not taken the cheaper option in the first instance, I strongly believe you certainly pay for what you get, particularly in this industry.
The whole process of moving over to Blis was smooth sailing, I was advised of the process and the pro's con's potential hazards etc, and they were explained simply and non technically for those of us who are not database builders etc. It does help of course to have some basic knowledge. When any errors occur, they are acted on promptly and efficiently with a full explanation of what happened and what they are doing / have done to fix it.
If you have an idea they can tell you if it is feasible or not ,and are happy to let you know if it is an area they have entered before or not, and are always quite prepared to do research in there time to provide solutions before passing on costs to you to complete the task at hand.
Quite often you will get a web developer who has no interest as to wether the look is aesthetically pleasing or not, but blis seem to get the harmony right, and cover both angles, it works and it looks good.
There Search Engine Optimisation Programme, certainly has improved my ratings by no ends, and for a 6 monthly commitment it has been well worth the money. As my business is growing, and changes are needing to be made, Blis are able to grow with me, and make amendments, efficiently and with ease , providing recommendations and an altogether first class service! well done Sam & Ingrid, I hope our relationship will continue as our businesses continue to bloom!.

The whole process from the first briefing through to the final result was totally easy from my side. The communication was excellent and I was kept in the loop at each important step. Research was undertaken on my behalf to ensure we were competitive and up to the minute. This was a slightly different site application to their previous work and everything was handled beautifully and I am thrilled with the end result and have received many compliments on the site. The training on the CMS was also very good and they are always on hand to answer ongoing questions and overcome any difficulties I might experience.
Since launching my initial site they have completed a second site for a tourism business which we are delighted with and soon about to revamp an additional site for us. They come highly recommended.
