A: Hi I am Che and I am the owner of CheDesigns and lead developer

A: To offer our clients free advise that will help them market their small business online.

A: Chilled, relaxed and fresh.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We listen and talk to you using normal words that you will understand and we don’t sound like car sales people.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth and Google.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Depending on how we ‘ve been contacted we will either have an easy chat via the phone or a meet up to get to understand what our client requires, after that, we ask all clients to fill out a form. If our client accepts our proposal then we design a mockup of the home page, we allow our client to request any changes to the mockup and once they are happy we start coding. Once we have completed the coding we will start testing and once this is done we will send a fully working copy over to our client and request content from our client. Content will be inserted and any changes requested can be done at the same time. Search engine optimization would have already been researched and implemented. If our client is happy we will go live. Payment is 30% up front and the remaining balance to be paid 30 days after commencing the project.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: honesty I find works best and never selling them something they don't need.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: By buying them a coffee.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Make sure they are right for you and will help you with your goals.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Having people work for us from all over the world with offices in every country.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see clients being able to do alot more even design their own websites, only issue with that is we might all be out of business!

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Easy it's my own name.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Use social media and get a blog and write good content.
