Peppercorn have been able to deliver a very complicated and comprehensive online ordering and enquiry catalogue for Arcadia. Each order or enquiry that Arcadia takes is based on a specific requirement and print specification therefore there are very few "standard" products. This has been a challenge from the start of the project but Peppercorn have tried to understand our business in order to help deliver our goals.

The main reason I decided on Peppercorn Ltd was the way that we communicated, they went through all of the stages of the project in laymans terms and had the patience to listen to me when even I as concept originator found myself getting lost.

My requests were and still are foremost in Peppercorns mind, if I ever have a query or a glich it is treated with a rapid response, the after care service of Peppercorn is paramount to none.

Living overseas I sometimes felt I was in the office coding myself, I was brought in at every stage of the project, Peppercorn Ltd always checked and double checked everything they did before going ahead with any work.

All technical elements were discussed in laymans terms, a God send as I am dyslexic.

I could not be happier with the end project, already I have been approached by a Blue Chip company for a copy of the site which they wish to re-brand, an ideal situation for me and a very profitable one.

Originally I asked for quite a basic website, but due to an unforeseen change of staff, one of the directors Marcus took on my project himself and made sure that I was 100% happy at all times, Marcus presented new features and designs that were not in moriginal specifications and implimented them into a world class site.

Peppercorn Ltd had an un-canny way of sorting out complications before they are presented to me, the few gliches that were unforeseen where corrected within 24hrs everytime.

I found Peppercorn through a Google search, and took pot luck. We could not have been happier with the results: Marcus Sen was a delight to work with, being both helpful and patient. The result, I believe, is a very attractive and easy to use website created by a company we always know we can turn to if need be. We would recommend them very highly.
