It took a couple of re-works to get the home page layout right - but we are happy as it is proving effective and is building our business.
Like any new business things change. If the Onlineology team has a weakness it was in the recommendation of the of e-commerce trading platform which has proven weaker and less flexible than either party needs.

For some time I had been looking to update my company’s website. I had a clear design in mind but had trouble in finding a website design company that could deliver the specification or create the site within my allocated budget.
I discovered a nice-looking site, which had been created by OlineOlogy Ltd and although it was quite different to what I wanted, it prompted me to contact them. The rest is history.
Right from the outset, Shail and the team took the time to listen and understand what I really wanted. Based on the design brief, they offered me a number of options and I was able to watch it develop stage-by-stage and have an input each step of the way. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Communications were excellent and they worked quickly on the design and in accommodating my ideas.
I am very happy with the outcome and can honestly say it was a pleasure working with OnlineOlogy Ltd. I have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending them to anybody who is looking for a new website or website update. They really know what they are doing and offer excellent value for money.

Prior to offering me alternative designs they carefully elicited from me my hopes and asprirations. The end result is a website that completely fulfills my needs and aspirations.

I first contacted Online-ology when we had problems with our then current website. I was so impressed with their knowledge and help that when it came to changing the website they were our first port of call.
I had found the company to be extremely helpful in all aspects of the website; they really go beyond to help you create a profitable and successful site. Our customers are always complementing us on the new site which has driven much more business our way.
Through the design process I felt listened to, and every step was explained in a simple to understand way. I never felt lost with unnecessary jargon and even feel I have leant a little about websites. I was also impressed with the value for money in comparison to other quotes.
I was impressed that the company treat our website as if it was their own business and any problems that occurred were dealt with immediately and efficiently.
The new site has made a huge difference to the company and I would recommend Onlineology above any other website company I have ever encountered.

I can't speak highly enough of Onlineology and in particular Alyson Johnson who managed our recent web design project for us. Her and her team came up with a series of alternative designs and useful advice which were then slowly whittled down to a high quality finished product.
There was a lot to do behind the scenes in agreeing copy, pictures and layout, amending and refining etc, and Alyson exercised extreme patience and good humour in working through every iteration with us. She was at all times professional and communicative, making sure we were satisfied at every step and turning things round under tight deadlines.
The development work was also extremely good value, and overall we couldn't fault the service we have had. I wish Onlineology every success with the business - they deserve it.
