I was very happy with the way the brief was followed and the consideration to my concerns of keeping the updating of the website easy and user friendly. I was given understandable notes and excellent visual reference to do this. Having confidence in making frequent changes and updates to the website is a top requirement.
Phil at Kralinator was personable and friendly and we were able to communicate ideas easily in a jargon free manner. Very professional, very imaginative, very creative and very helpful as I had little or no experience of website design. Each step of the process was clearly explained to me and my input was encouraged at all times. I was very happy with the result, which balanced the commercial with the creative to perfection.
We were impressed with what Kralinator had done on other sites, liked the bold design and the modern., punchy feel. So we asked if he could do a similar thing for us. He seemed to know intuitively what we wanted and the site was designed in no time at all, with minimal to-ing and fro-ing, which was great. The site was better than we could have imagined and we are really really impressed. Communication was always excellent and Kralinator did more than we had expected for the cost. Kralinator was always available to answer questions and explain things in terms we could understand, although because Kralinator knows so well what he's doing it was nice to be able to sit back and let him take the responsibility. I felt I could trust him to get on with the job without my intervention or even observation.
Kralinator is a top-knotch designer, very intuitive and talented and a great communicator that makes you feel very confident.
Kranilator were brilliant. It was a long and laborious process ( I'm sure all web design is) and not easy, since it was already a partially designed site. Kranilator fulfilled the brief perfectly, which was to update what already worked and come up with new solutions for what didn't . Phil was great to work with and never once lost patience with my procrastination and indecision. I was the worst of clients in that I had strong views about the results I wanted and no idea how to achieve them. The fact that I am so happy with the site and that it gets so much positive feedback is almost entirely down to Kranilator's tenacity, skill and calm. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kranilator, except that I need them on speed dial....
The service and the attention to detail which I received from Kralinator Design was fantastic. We wanted a website that would show off our design studio in an innovative way, whilst capturing the attention of the visitors to the site. Kralinator Design achieved this and more!.
The final outcome has received many positive reactions and is even used as an example by one industry leader as an example of good web practice.
The site was built and tailored to my requirements whilst enabling me to have full access of any changes, amendments and updates thanks to the backstage area.
