Zero 3 Computers: ”Provide excellent service to our customers through interaction, website involvement, and perfect builds. Build made-to-order custom computers and websites in a timely manner without ignoring product condition and value. Live up to our slogan and E\/OLVE our customers computer and website design experience.”

WWDC: Describe your office environment.
Zero 3 Computers: ”Typical office with custom built computers. Relaxed, yet professional. In order to make the customers happy we need to make the employees happy.”

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
Zero 3 Computers: ”We have meetings online as well as at the office. We generate new ideas for our website and blog and we learn new things everyday to ensure that the technology we use is the top of the line.”

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Zero 3 Computers: ”We provide specialized one on one service and are very customer oriented. We offer flat rates for anything you want to have done so you don't have to guess what you total bill would be.”

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Zero 3 Computers: ”Word of mouth. We do not advertise a lot but we have a steady flow of customers because our previous customers recommend us above anyone else. Word of mouth is the most powerful marketing tool and we utilize it our advantage.”

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Zero 3 Computers: ”We create a mock up before we start coding. Once we code the site we publish it and train the client to use it.”

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Zero 3 Computers: ”Always being available. We make sure our client knows that we care for them by always picking up the phone or emailing them back asap. They never have to wait for us to resolve an issue.”

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Zero 3 Computers: ”Patience. Demanding clients are tough and can break you, but, we strive to understand them and help them with their vision.”

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Zero 3 Computers: ”First, look local. Once you find a local company you can view their portfolio to see if they have the creative style your website needs.”

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
Zero 3 Computers: ”A leader in the custom computer and website design business. We have quadrupled in size since we started in 2003 and I don't see a sign of slowing down anytime soon.”

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
Zero 3 Computers: ”Mostly mobile. A lot of people are leaving the bulkly computers behind for their phones. I see phone taking over the market and the designs need to follow suit.”

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?
Zero 3 Computers: ”Zero 3 Computers was created in 2003 and we first specialized in custom computers. So it was an easy choice.”

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
Zero 3 Computers: ”Content is key. If they fail to update their site on a normal basis then the search engines will think they are abandoned and you will lose the ranking you once had. Don't become a static website, evolve.”
