The Webskinz crew knew exactly what I was going for in terms of a look and feel for the site focusing on my artwork and making it easy for people visiting to see everything. If I had an issue (of which there were very few) they got right back to me with a consise answer to the problem.
Good people who get the job done, a rareity now adays.
We used Webskinz for a complete redesign of our corporate web site. This task was extremely difficult because of a number of conflicting directions from our management team and the fact that we have a huge number of products to showcase. Webskinz handled the task with aplomb and have remained enthusiastic and highly responsive to all the small change-tasks that we have subsequently presented to them. In all they are a great and talented company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

”Lots of emails to figure out exactly what the client wants & needs. Then a web mockup (design), we go back and forth on design changes, but once we get the design done we implement it into a web site. When we're all done we put all files on a CD or DVD and mail it to them so they have everything. We like our clients to know that they own everything we make for them.”

”When it comes down to it the client is paying for your services and if it's in the contract you need to do it, but if it was not stated in the contract then you need to make a new contract or tell the client what is going on and what needs to happen by educating them.”

”I would tell them to contact the web company and ask them for a list of clients that they could contact to find out how their services are.”

If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
Webskinz:
”Most clients want to be found on Google so I say make sure you have good keyword content on your site that describes what you do or what your selling. Also make sure your meta tags (in the HTML code) reflect the keyword content on your website.”
