True Vision Graphics: ”At this time I am a sole proprietor with no employees - I work from home.”

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
True Vision Graphics: ”Since I am the sole employee of True Vision Graphics, I interact quite well with myself. Though... occasional bouts of talking to myself are known to happen while brainstorming.”

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
True Vision Graphics: ”I am dedicated to creating work that will help distinguish clients from their competition. I love what I do and enjoy making my clients happy.”

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
True Vision Graphics: ”Referrals, Organic Search Results and contracting services”

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
True Vision Graphics: ”I work with a client through 3 basic stages: 1) Planning 2) Design and 3) Implementation.”

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
True Vision Graphics: ”Listening to what the clients wants is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship. Really listening to the needs of my clients allows me to come up with a solution that will meet and hopefully exceed their needs.”

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
True Vision Graphics: ”Knock on wood... so far I don't feel like I've had any demanding clients.”

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
True Vision Graphics: ”A good way to select the right web design company is to look at their portfolio. You can get a feel for what their design style is like. I would also click through some sites to make sure there are no big issues functionality wise - is the site easy to get around? Does it function well? When deciding on a web design company it is a good idea to also contact the companies themselves and see if they were happy with the services of the web design company.”

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
True Vision Graphics: ”I see True Vision Graphics continuing to develop and design web sites for small businesses.”

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
True Vision Graphics: ”Technology develops so fast these days its hard to say where I see web design industry in the future. I think there will always be a need to make something look good through proper design -so that aspect should still come in to play and be needed in some form or fashion.”

WWDC: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
True Vision Graphics: ”PC”

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?
True Vision Graphics: ”True Vision Graphics was finally decided upon because it reflects the fact that I really listen to my clients to get a true vision of what they need. I chose the word Graphics instead of Web Design because I also offer graphic design services and didn't want to be pigeon holed into only web design services.”

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
True Vision Graphics: ”Keep your site up to date. Find ways to add relevant and fresh content to your site. Spend some time each week to research ways of promoting your site or new enhancements you can add to your site to bring in new customers or create customer loyalty. After all, you know your business the best!”
