WWDC: What's your business philosophy?
Tejada Design: ”Every client is unique in their needs and taste. I provide designs that are not only user friendly and current, but with style that transcends time and meets the needs and tastes of the client. I take my clients' businesses seriously.”

WWDC: Describe your office environment.
Tejada Design: ”Open, light and airy which inspires creativity. A comfortable place to work and meet with clients.”

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Tejada Design: ”I design for my clients' needs and desires rather than my own. I still will guide them into making considerations for usability and search engine optimization but in the end they have a product that they (and I) feel good about.”

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Tejada Design: ”Referrals from other clients.”

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Tejada Design: ”First contact is usually an email or phone call from the prospective client. We will chat about what they need and I will recommend that we meet face to face and talk more indepth about their needs. After our meeting I will provide a written estimate for the project. If the estimate is agreeable, we sign the contract and the client will give me an advance. Work starts, we work closely together until the project is completed.”

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Tejada Design: ”Respect.”

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Tejada Design: ”I tell them honestly what I am able to do and what I can't.”

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Tejada Design: ”Look at the designer's web site and portfolio, talk with their clients.”

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
Tejada Design: ”Most likely doing primarily web design & development, we are becoming a paperless society.”

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
Tejada Design: ”Booming.”

Tejada Design: ”Simple basic family name, easy to recognize and find on the internet.”
