”I was looking up words that I thought described me and my art. Moxie and Panache were at the top of the list, but when I thought of Quirky and looked up the definition (strikingly unconventional), I knew that was it. And I love birds. And England, where they call hot ladies Birds instead of Chicks.”

”Really, I think it's a gut instinct. Think about all of the things that you need in a designer and web firm. Talk to them all, see how you connect. ”

”It's all changing so fast, but I would say I see flash becoming obsolete (don't throw any tomatoes, flash developers). I see more functionality and usability coming in to play as well.”

”If you build it, they don't just come. You have to be ready and willing to be a sponge and take all of the tools out there, from SEO to web marketing, and bend them to your will.”
