It was very informative and helpful. It was great to see what Donna was doing and she answered all my questions. She was very patient with me and made sure I understood fully before we moved on. I was impressed about the amout of support Pointvision offers to their clients.
I am very pleased with the "renovations" made to our website by Pointvision. Donna was great and always quick and responsive to questions and updates we wanted to make. Also, our training session on how to make our own updates was extremely helpful and interesting. Donna and her staff displayed an understanding of the subject content , eventhough insurance is not their discipline. Everything was completed on schedule.
We had been in desperate need of a new website for many years. Our agents and clients were always telling us that they would search for properties on a competitor's site - then call us! After a horrible experience with a new provider who managed to bring down our entire email system for 5 days while launching a new site, I was very nervous about this launch. But, it went as smooth as silk.
Working with Donna has been a delight. Her real estate background was helpful in knowing what we needed. She incorporated everything we wanted in a way that made the site not just user-friendly and SEO-friendly, but with a sense of design as well. Donna understands the urgency of a client call complaining of missing photos or incorrect information displaying. She responds to any problems quickly, gives me a time-frame for solving them and lets me know when they have been resolved. I could not be more pleased with the result and would recommend PointVision Web Development to everyone.
We had a very positive experience, The final product is an impressive website. It's exactly what we were looking for. Communication was easy and Pointvision was responsive to all our questions. Everything was explained logically and in a customer-oriented manner. It was an overall good experience. We would definitely hire them again to build our website.

Excellent service, quality, and understanding of our needs. The site does everything we asked and more. The design is elegant, navigation is easy, and updating is a breeze. We continue to receive wonderful compliments on the site. It is as effective in promoting Rachel to the theater, television and music industries as it is in communicating with her fans. Brava.
There were some unique issues that made our project a bit more challenging. The company was very helpful in trying to problem solve every step of the way. There is alot to the process that on our nd we never realized!

The whole process went smoothly and efficiently. Everything we had imagined in a new website, we got and then some. The schedule for completion was fair and realistic and they never missed a deadline. The designs are fantastic and the flow of the site is very impressive. Every minor request we had was fixed very quickly. Pointvision makes you feel as the client like you are the only project they have. The service is wonderful. Emails are returned very quickly. We threw a couple of 'curveball' requests and they never blinked an eye. I would highly recommend any company to use Pointvision not only for great service but great graphic design.
