WWDC: Describe your company in 5 words.
Pixeled: ”Dedicated, Creative, Innovative, Cutting Edge”

WWDC: What's your business philosophy?
Pixeled: ”Gauging our success on that of our clients, if we help them succeed they will take us with them!”

WWDC: Describe your office environment.
Pixeled: ”Laughter, reciprocating saws, coffee (never mix coffee and saws!!) measuring the white boards and INVITING!!! We have cupcakes!”

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
Pixeled: ”We usually throw things at eachother, on a daily basis mind you. Overall, we work hard, play even harder. Each employee is a team member, an integral part of the dynamic that makes us successful. Our employees and consultants have been with us a minimum of 3 years, the longest for 10!!!”

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Pixeled: ”We listen and we are honest. We let the client know what they can do within thier budget, we approach every client as if they were platinum! When it somes down to it at the end of the day, Pixeled can deliver an end-product that the client is proud of and we are too!”

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Pixeled: ”97% of our business is based on referrals. We started out in 1997 with 4 clients, today we have over 25000 and we still maintain the first four clients we started with. Now that is dedication!”

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Pixeled: ”by communication and education! Some clients simply do not know or understand what we do and what it entails. Therefore, we approach the client who may or may not understand what we are working on with the information that allows them to be a complete part of the project. We find that if a client is being demanding it is because they usually feel like the communication may not be what they thought it should be, by thier standards. So we at Pixeled do not take it personally, we simply take the communication of what we are doing and working on to another level. Honestly, we can count on one hand in 13 years, the demading clients and that doesn't count the pinkie or thumb!”

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
Pixeled: ”We will be the brightest star in the sky, like a comet hurling towards earth, you will see us coming and wonder where we came from! We will be the main competitor to all and be the most prestigious Data Center!”

WWDC: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
Pixeled: ”Both PC and Mac”
