Overall my web design experience with NaviCrate we pretty great. I already had an idea of the type of website our company wanted but they provided some very excellent suggestions that has further grown our memberships.
I think the best thing about working with them was the communication. They always answered my phone calls and returned my emails promptly. I really appreciated the professionalism even after I asked for some edits outside of the contract. They took care of my extra edits at no cost.
They spoke jargon free most of the time and explained the entire process to me. They provided manuals on how to use the admin section of the website, which is great.
If i had to choose a web design company over again, I would choose them again. They made my life a lot easier and my companies upper management appreciated the outcome just as much as me!
