The professionalism at Mark Cloyd Designs is amazing. I sent them a
couple of image ideas as to what I would like my website to look like,
and bing-bang-boom done. I now have this wonderful website that is
just what I asked for and so much more. Mark Cloyd Designs has worked
with me via phone or email as the finishing touches where done to my
site. They continue to work with me as questions arise. I have
recommended them to a few of my friends and I would recommend them to
anyone looking for a wonderful site, that is beyond user friendly.

First and foremost, the customer service was immediate and beyond outstanding! Mark and his associates were very professional, helpful and timely in dealing with questions and problem solving. Our organization had several different web designers over the years, but working with Mark was a breath of fresh air. Mark was very helpful, prompt, and extremely capable. His suggestions were not only welcome but productive. Communication with Mark was extremely easy, open, and honest. There was nothing unexpected through the process as everything was discussed up front. During our initial interactions Mark took the time to not only talk about the site, but also about our organization so that his design reflects our vision and our mission rather than just a haphazard collection of web pages. I have been in business for 5 years and have worked with many vendors and services providers. In that time, I have never worked with anyone better than Mark. From the first time we made contact, Mark never let 24 hours pass before responding to an inquiry, whether by phone or email. Even when I sent two pages worth of detailed specs and design ideas, he always had a proof ready for me to look at by the next day, if not later in the same day. We requested a lot of customized services that fall outside of the scope of Mark's typical project and I'm sure we were not one of his 'easier' clients to deal with, yet he was responsive, patient, and *very* reasonably priced.

In terms of quality, Mark's work far exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with our final product. I engaged Mark because of the great kudos he'd received from other satisfied clients on this site. Now, I am happy to be among them. Mark was very personable from the get go. I found out about his service from another transport broker who had been using the carrier caddy software(which I was in the market for) and had mark design the website to go along with it. I liked the clean fresh appearance and the simple navigation. I signed up just based on that and when I found out how easy it was for us to maintain our own website I was delighted even more. While I am not a client of Mark Cloyd Designs, I have seen the work He has done. Mr. Cloyd is someone who i have referred on numerous occasions to numerous business owners. If you are looking for someone who wants to do real and honest business with, Mark is the one to choose!

In my opinion, the Red Bluff Chamber of Commerce website before Mark was nothing remarkable. After Mark got his hands and skills in there, the website was a great thing to look at.

My new website is about the third or fourth that has been developed for me by Mark Cloyd. Mark is professional, yet at the same time friendly. He kept me completely in the process, making sure to collect all the information I offered and asking the questions that disclosed even things I had not considered. I have had a wonderful experience each time that Mark has helped me develop a website.

Mark Cloyd Designs developed a website that I can grow in to. I currently have over 100 pages and it's still growing, I don't pay per page and I don't pay for changes to any of the current pages. If I need to add a page or make a change I just go in to MY admin section and type what I need, it's that easy.

This is the best value for the money that I have ever seen. Mark never charges me for a phone call or an e-mail, he answers my questions with a smile.

Mark helped to develop my website in a way that I had not imagined. He listened to what I wanted and then took a photo that I had just taken of my dogs. With that one photo he worked his magic. I knew that websites could be developed for 508 compliance, but Mark has taken that to a new level, with a content management system that is so easy to use it’s amazing. Mark ensures that ALL of his site are 508 compliant and within current web standards. He tested my site on different computers and browsers to make sure everyone could view my site easily. Everyone that visits my site comments on the beauty of it and how easily it is navigated. They are all very impressed with the online calendar system that Mark has added to my site for scheduling classes. It only took Mark two days to get my site up and running and that along with him being so customer service oriented made the entire experience a joy!

I couldn't be more pleased with mark cloyd designs. Mark offers complete packages for websites of varying size which cover everything (domain, hosting, graphics, tech support, etc.) at very reasonable prices, and a low yearly fee. He is especially gifted at working with photographs and photo programs. The site was ready within two days, and Mark walked me through it step by step and remains easily accessible for any questions and issues that come up. This is very reassuring to me as I am totally new to this and every aspect has been a learning experpemce. My site is the most basic, but can easily be expanded later as needed. Though I had only a few photographs to use in composing my site what Mark did with them was nothing less than amazing, and if I augment what I have in the future I will be sure to take advantage of his considerable talent in this area. One more thing: I am in Texas so don't let distance from California be a factor in your choice here. You would be delighted with the result if you were anywhere in the country or elsewhere in the world for that matter! Bottom line: I would recommend this company without reservation.

Wow! After working with an antiquated software program and a less than adequate website for over 2 years, Mark, with Mark Cloyd Designs was able to put together a system tailored to our specific needs. He listened carefully to our concerns about the old system, what worked, what did not, what we wanted and what we needed the system to do for us. He knew what questions to ask to get the information he needed to put together a quality product for his customer, us.

Not only is it exactly what we needed, wanted and had asked our old designer to put together for us for over two years, but as we find glitches in our system, Mark is right there to diagnose the problem and assist us in correcting it, within hours...not months.

As for the cost of the system, others out there in the marketplace are selling for more than double, sometimes triple the cost, with no support in place. You just can not go wrong by choosing Mark Cloyd Designs.

Should we need additions to our site or other business sites in the future, we will be calling Mark Cloyd!
