I did a lot of homeowrk and calling around and decided to go with Mark Cloyd. A lot of the other comapnies were big companies with lots of employees and didnt have that personal touch to it. Right when I spoke with Mark I knew he was the kind of guy that was going to give you that personal attention. I really could not have asked for a better site. The site does beyond what I wanted it to do and it is easy to use, loads quickly, and looks awesome. When I found bugs I had Marks direct phone number so there was none of this "please hold" that you get with other companies and he would fix the bugs very fast. Mark Cloyd Designs took an idea and made it grow in to art with elegance, style, and life. I asked for a website that would be professional and fun at the same time and that is just what I received. I have gotten many positive comments about the look, feel, and navigation ease of my website, they keep coming in, I love it. It is awesome that I really like my website and so does everyone else, since it is really hard to please everyone. My website is so easy to maintain that I had all the content and pictures done in two days and with my search engine optimization tools putting in the title, keywords, and description for my website is easy, and I can match them to my content - Just the way search engines like it. And he provided help files to make sure I understood how to implement them and have them work for me...AMAZING!

The time frame was extremely fast, I told them what I was looking for on Saturday morning, had a design concept by Saturday afternoon and my site was ready for me to add content to by Monday morning.

The customer service I received while my site was being developed and after is the best I have ever received anywhere. ALL my questions were answered, without the techy lingo, Mark made it easy to understand what was going on with my website from beginning to end. Now that my website is live, when I call with questions (even if I ask the same question again) he is there to help. I will recommend Mark Cloyd Designs to everyone I know, even if they haven't mentioned that they need a website because I have seen some of his in-house systems and they are easy, fun, and do everything that was asked for, whether that is keeping track of a personal library or connecting to a website from an database on a PC.

I have been in business for 5 years and have worked with many vendors and services providers. In that time, I have never worked with anyone better than Mark. From the first time we made contact, Mark never let 24 hours pass before responding to an inquiry, whether by phone or email. Mark helped to develop my website in a way that I had not imagined. He listened to what I wanted and then took a photo that I had just taken of my dogs. With that one photo he worked his magic.
