Reviews
We contracted with "Lulu Wow" website design company to create a Website for our company and had an extremely negative experience.
Though communciation was frequent and friendly prior to the payment of our deposit, it dropped once payment was sent and continued to decline throughout the project. After 3 months, the 5 pages of the 28 page site that were begun were full of obvious errors. Attemps to correct these mistakes were frustrating (one mistake would be corrected and in the process 3 other errors created) After 4 extremely frustrating months during which time we did most of the design and navigation work on the website ourselves, this company stopped working on the project completely and all our attempts at communication (emails and phone messages) were ignored. The project was never completed and the company kept our $1000 payment without providing us with any significant amount of usable work or explanation, and has not communicated with us nor acknowledged or responded to our attempts at communication in over a month. We have had to begin the project from scratch with a new designer and have taken a loss of $1000
