Business wont succeed with referrals and friends alone... you need a drive force. So we set up something great so when people visit, they are impressed! ”

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
LR Designing: ”Word of mouth and marketing.”

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
LR Designing: ”phase 1 - design. this takes about a week, on average. Once this is completed you are moved to phase II where it will begin its programming stage. ”

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
LR Designing: ”Reliability. Availability. Communication. ”

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
LR Designing: ”We do as much as we can to please them. Sometimes they are just unplease-able! We do the best we can. If things dont end i inform them we need to agree on a resolution that will make both parties comfortable in order to see this project to completion. ”

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
LR Designing: ”They need to feel a trust factor. They need to feel not so much sales, but a relationship and guidance to helping their business flourish.”
