We at ChapmanSmiles Orthodontics recognize the power of a well designed and easy to navigate web site. We feel Justine listened well and executed our wishes better that we could have done on our own or with a previous designer. Our site is compatible with Apple iPhone restrictions,(Flash) and all other access devices. She has provided easy links to our other on line social media for a variety of consistent messages. Just by Design also manages direct email communication to our customers for both education and marketing. Justine manages the content layout and delivery to our patients and referring Dentists. She has a solid feel for clear, concise, easy to navigate presentation and has done a fantastic job of communicating our message to our customers.
When I was ready to build a website for my dental practice, I researched many dental specific web design companies, but found them to be very generic, impersonal, and expensive. In contrast, Justine with Just By Design, sat down with me to help design a personal website which highlighted the unique aspects of my office and services. Many of my patients have said the site was a major reason they chose my office and how well it helped prepare their kids for their first dental experience. I plan to work with Justine on future site updates and maintenance and recommend her highly.
Justine did a wonderful job of totally rewriting and redesigning our site. She really brought our web availability ahead about 30 years, and we are already enjoying increased traffic because of it.
