Our website designer has been great in communication with us and getting what we need done with great response time.
Yes he took ALL of our requests and made them happen.
Absolutely we were part of the process. Before he designed our site, he asked what we would like to have on the site.
He would email us as soon as a portion was completed for our review.
Jim spoke to us totally on an "English" level. Not a bunch of jargon.
We have been totally happy with the website.
Jim put on the website the gallery of photos, which I don't think we were expecting. This has allowed our customers and viewers to see the progress of the course and restaurant.
We have had no major complications to speak of so I guess that would be a yes in that he has handled all quite well.

They did a very good job creating my new website. It is a very complex site with hundreds of pages of interactive programing. He worked with me to make changes along the way to create a site exactly to fit my needs. When i explained what kind of site i wanted Jim gave me a qute and stuck to it. I could not have got this done anywhere else for near the price, and would not have got half the service.
