Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Our main goal is client satisfaction. So far, we've had a 100% client satisfaction rate and we're giving our best to keep it that way through unique web design, professional consulting services and the best customer care in the market.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We our proud with our staff. Every member of our team is college educated and has spent at least 1/3 of his/her life doing what he/she does within our team. Our team is young and diverse, maintaining high standards of inner-company communication and collaboration.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Everything. We offer the most creative and unique designs done in the shortest timeframe for the most affordable prices out there. We respect our clients and will do everything to make them satisfied. We always operate in the most professional manner, signing non-compete and non-disclosure customized and personalized contracts with every client ensuring them that we always keep our promises.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We our proud to say that most of our business (aside from direct traffic and organic searches) comes from referrals. Everyone of our respected clients has been awarded with 15% of the value of any project that was referred to us by that particular client. We don't close the doors the same moment the project is done. We make friends for life.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: The client gets a follow-up call/email from one of our experts and provides details regarding the project. A contract is made and sent to the client along with specified dynamics and detailed plan of the project flow. Upon signing a contract, parts of the project are divided upon specialists who expertise in a particular field. The project manager unifies the deliverables and informs the manager upon completed work (the client is constantly updated and provided with multiple mock-ups). When the work is done, our client care specialists always provide a follow-up call assuring 100% client satisfaction.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: No two clients are the same. We perceive clients and individuals, not as jobs. Every client has a particular set of wishes, demands and ideas. We make sure that every one of them is achieved in full. We never overcharge, spam or let our clients down.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: All of our clients, demanding or not, get a royal treatment.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Based on expertise. If we feel that another company who specializes in a field we don't would do a better job for the client, we would definitely refer that company to the potential client

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Everywhere. We are constantly expanding and tend to keep it that way, satisfy more and more clients, provide more jobs and do even more charity work for the community.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Depends on how close/far future we're talking about. Chronologically, HTML5/CSS3 and exploitation, in the cloud with ideas of further mobilization, Web 3.0 and the semantic web etc.

A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: On a brainstorming webinar. We needed something unique yet recognizable and understandable, connected to our field of work but not "in-the-client's-face".

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Rethink not what you're presenting about yourself, but what value you're offering to your viewers.
