Our firm has had a successful relationship for over 4 years with CIS and we consider them an important partner to our growing Company. When we first met CIS we were looking for a group to work with where we could outsource all of our marketing communications activities. Owning an investment banking firm focused on privately-held businesses, we needed to communicate our firm’s image in terms of professionalism, experience, and integrity. CIS developed our firm’s entire image portfolio include our logo, stationary, business cards, website, and many marketing pieces. Key to our relationship has been their creative design ideas and their responsiveness is unmatched compared to other professional service firms we utilize. We have been so impressed with their capabilities and level of service, we have actually recommended them to our own clients for marketing and design services. I first came to CIS for a logo design. We wanted something unique and something that identified who we were as a business. We were a small business with a small budget, but we knew the value of branding. Jeanette accomplished both; she created a design with reasonable pricing and a look that would set us apart. Soon after the logo design we knew we needed a web page. We wanted something simple yet unique. Jeanette did a great job. She sat down with me to fully understand what I was looking for before producing our website. I came with some ideas on content and she made that content Pop. Another requirement was ease of administration. I needed to be able to add and modify content without having an HTML programmer do it. Jeanette quickly got back to me with initial designs for review, again accomplishing this on a modest budget. As our business has grown so has the need for a redesigned website. We are always trying to stay ahead of the competition and Corporate Identity Solutions is helping us do that. They say that imitation is the best form of flattery. Then I would have to say that our web page is getting great compliments, most of our local competition has copied some or all of the elements of our design. CIS is innovative, easy to work with, fast, cost effective and delivers a quality product.
