A: I'm here to make you or you're company look good, so you're happiness comes first!

A: I am a freelance web designer so my office is ever changing and always exciting! Being fortunate enough to work from home, I get the opportunity to do what I love while spending time with the people that I love.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: I consider my team to be myself and the client(you). Communication is key, and I pride myself on always being responsive, quick and professional.

A: I've been privileged to work with many top notch agencies and bring a unique blend of experiences to the table .

A: Agency Referrals

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: I analyze your list of needs and wants to construct a visual mock up of your visions. From there, we work together to bring your creation to life.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Hands down, it's good communication and reliable service.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Give them the time and energy they require.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: After seeing their samples, I would contact the ones you liked best and talk to whoever will be your contact person. Lots of people out there can do the job but it's the personality and how they work with you, that sets them apart.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I hope to expand my client base and bring on a team of talented designers to help maintain the ever increasing flow of new and returning satisfied clients.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The web industry will always be a necessity. Even with pre-built templates and "do it yourself" solutions, there is a growing need for people who can take on the task and alleviate stress, so you can focus on other things.

A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I feel that a website is more than words and pictures on the screen. It's an art and a way for you to connect with your customer and create that bond. It's not just a Dot Com, it's a unique "Dot Web Creation."

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Do your research and know what you want. I can do amazing things with too much information but I haven't figured out how to read minds....yet! ;)
