We take on only a limited number of projects at a time to allow us to give each client our undivided attention from start to finish. We will consult with you in depth to ensure that we fully understand your needs and ideas before we begin. We will keep you informed every step of the way so you can see your design in progress and make any changes you may want as often as necessary until you are completely satisfied. Design Addiction: ”We are a small Web Development and Design Studio taking on only a limited number of projects at a time to allow us to give each client our undivided attention from start to finish. WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Design Addiction: ”Making them a priority no matter what!”

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Design Addiction: ”By listening to their needs and being patient with them because I know that they will be satisfied with my work when the project is complete.”

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Design Addiction: ”By viewing the designer's portfolio to see if their design style appeals to you. Speaking directly with the designer to discuss your project and budget. You can get a good idea if you and your designer will "click" and are on the same page with ideas and prices. Making sure that when they contact a designer, they get back with you in a timely manner. If they don't, move on because that will be an indication of their work ethic and you will eventually end up hiring another designer to complete your project. Work with someone who you can easily understand. There's nothing worse than trying to communicate your needs with someone who does not speak your language. Ask for references. A good designer will always be happy to supply you with references of their design projects.”

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
