Well, my experience with Ciplex had been really great. They are an honest company. With exceptionally polite and knowledgeable staff, Ciplex will be my all time favorite. I would like to specially mention the customer service, which I believe is really vital for the overall success. Thank you Jay - Ciplex.com offers the best customer service I have ever encountered. They are prompt, courteous and above all, to the point.
Ciplex did a great job on my website. In fact they gave me two excellent designs... it was a hard choice. I'm not a teckie person though. The CMS system was biting off more than I could handle. I'm a busy business person and I just don't have all day to sit at the computer. They really tried to help me through it though. And it wasn't the computer jargon that was the problem... It's just that I have no experience period with html etc.. So in the end the owner knew I was fustrated and stepped in to help. He definitely went over and beyond. They redid the website and added a blog ... and did a few extra tweaks on the design he didn't have to do. Then he personally went over admin part of the site with me again to make sure I was comfortable with it. I'm soooo excited to show it off now. It looks VERY professional. Kudos to the owner for making it work!!!
