”A guest to my website will submit a request for a free quote, which I will review and email to them a formal quote. If the potential client finds the quote satisfactory, I will email a contract for a signature to be returned along with a 50% retainer before any work begins. Once I have all the specific desires for the web project, I will work diligently to complete the website within 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the size and scope of the project. The client has unlimited consultation time to discuss any questions or details about the project.”

”I've had a few clients who wanted to micro-manage the project, but most people are happy to allow me develop their projects without being too demanding. Patience and open communication go a long way in staying on target with the client's desires.”
