Soon after project starts, we will deliver a Beta so client gets involved in the development process. Client will provide us feedback which will help us develop an application that suites their needs.”

What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?

”The most important thing is to understand what the client needs. I think if a client feels that you are truly interested in learning their work process, you have gained their trust. You have to be patient and attentive to be able to come up with solutions.”

How do you manage demanding clients?
American Media Kiosk Corp:
”If that means a perfectionist client, we welcome that. Clients are entitled to settle for nothing but the best.”

If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?

”Go with a company that makes you feel comfortable. A company that has a thorough understanding of what you need. Don't go for anyone that says we know exactly what you want but is not patient enough to listen to you. You need to be able to communicate with your web designers at your convenience. ”
