Get your clients to vouch for you with testimonials

Client testimonials are great for supporting your businesses credibility and providing reassurance to potential clients. Many clients will quite happily provide a testimonial for you without asking for anything in return.

But we advise making it easy for them. You won't get a very high response rate if you send a general email requesting any sort of testimonial, we advise to create a short email with some direct questions or suggestions of what sort of feedback you are after. We even send our clients a link to show them previous testimonials. Always get your client's permission to use their testimonial and inform them where their testimonial will appear, such as for SM2 on our testimonials page. Requesting testimonials and building up a good variety of recent testimonials are great to use on your website, your brochures, anywhere!
