A: At Zine we produce reusable websites that work, combined with class-leading SEO to make sure the right traffic is directed to the client's site. We are transparent, ethical and are interested in building long-term relationships with clients based on mutual benefit.

A: Modern and calm work environment. Quiet areas to concentrate and break-out area for energetic groupwork

A: We have a mix of styles, with strong technical programming and SEO in combination with high quality designers and business development executives.

A: All designs are bespoke and our process is totally streamlined, providing high quality design and usability combined with efficiency and competitive pricing.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We get the majority of our business through building relationships face to face. Our existing clients are our best route to gaining new business.

A: We listen and offer our experience to agree a functional, effective and appropriate design.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust and honesty

A: By being open and honest. Don't over-promise and always deliver.

A: Understand what they want to achieve - get the design brief right before approaching anyone. Get recommendations, and see their portfolio. Meet the team who'll be working for you - make sure that you're compatible.

A: We will be still based in Chester, still supporting many of the clients we work with today.

A: Mass customisation - unique designs and features produced using standardised processes

A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: The name is a play on de-sign to show our focus on the creative product and its inherent usability.
