They were quick to respond to requests for changes. I fele I have a very good website. Their office is conveniently placed new the station in Chelmsford and calling in is welcomed.
My company , Roses and Posies, were unfortunately the victim of Cyber squating, and had had our web page stolen and held to ransom by another web designer. Not being technically minded I had no idea what, if anything, I could do and thought that it would be the beginning of the end for my business. I called Ollie at Yellow Duck Web Design more as a cry for help than anything else, and what he and his colleagues did was above and beyond the call of duty. They advised me how to correct the issues the other web designer had made, assured me that all was not lost and made just THE most beautiful bespoke web page. They also took time out to have a meeting with me to talk me through how to make changes myself. and so much more.
Yellow Duck did so much more than they needed to and were most definitley our knights in shining armour. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to others and I cannot sing their praises highly enough.
An excellent team. Really straightforward and helpful from the first phonecall. The guys listened to my ideas and took them to a completely new level within a few days, providing a draft and an easy price structure to follow. I've ended up with a really dynamic and professional website...not just a shiny corporate one. I like to shop locally but didnt realise that this team were on my doorstep. Nice and clear and I look forward to working with them on future projects.
Had a very good relationship with Yellow Duck from the outset, all communication between the two of us was jargon-free, which was a great help to me! Dealt with all my requests and any complications perfectly and made me feel part of the process. I was very happy with the final outcome.
