Wonderweb were always very helpful in putting our sometimes complex ideas into something tangible on our website.
The initial site which Tom put forward changed quite a lot after discussion with us and he worked extremely hard and quickly to come up with an end product which exceeded our expectations.
As we are also working in the creative industries the way we present ourselves on-line is of the utmost importance to us and what we have now I feel really does ourselves justice.
Throughout, Tom was on hand to answer our queries and offer excellent suggestions. We had a consistent line of communication which really helped us feel part of the process rather than just a number.
In summary, we are all very happy with our new website and look forward to achieving more sales as a result of our slick, new on-line presence.

We approached WonderWeb Design with a brief to re-design our existing website for our bridalwear business. We had previously had a bad experience with another designer who completely exploited our lack of knowledge of websites to their own financial gain, who provided a poor site with bad navigation and content, thus we were very cautious. However from the outset we found Tom to be extremely competent and friendly and he inspired confidence. He explored our requirements thoroughly, as well as our taste for what we expected. Nothing was too much trouble. We therefore arranged for Wonderweb Design to completely rebuild our site from scratch. We were absolutely overwhelmed with the quality of the site that Wonderweb Design came up with and it showed that we had been listened to very carefully when we had our initial meeting. Added to this, the speed of the design process and the complete service Wonderweb Design offered us from inception to completion was stunning. And it was extremely fast too, taking in total around two weeks, start to finish!

We can honestly say that we now have a functional website to be proud of, which forms an integral part of our business. It is not only aesthetically pleasing but also technically proficient. We have been shown how to monitor our site for optimum results, and we have an e-commerce site to boot!
