When we decided to set up "NotTheBeeb" William Brown I.T. were able to provide us with a very professional and efficient service. They were able to understand our needs and how we wished to differentiate ourselves from similar sites and quickly provided us with the solutions we needed.
We worked together with Willie to provide the type of site our users liked, one that’s ‘easy to use’ enabling the transfer of information with a simple messaging structure or by loading photographs or other files. This was truly collaborative process not simply choosing an 'off the shelf' solution as all our suggestions were taken into consideration and given proper evaluation.
On an ongoing basis William Brown I.T. provides maintenance, security and updates for the site so we know we'll be safe from any malicious software or viruses.
All in all I don’t think there was anything we could have asked for that we didn’t get and I’d happily use William Brown I.T. again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
When we opened the restaurant in 2007 we wanted to have a
website that was different to other websites in our line of
business. Willie Brown was the person that was going to do this for us. He came to the Restaurant and we discussed what I was looking for and he worked through the three stages of completion
before the final website was complete. Being a new business it was important to us that the price was right and the final price we paid was very fair for the work that Willie put in to give us what we were looking for.

The company understood immediately our remit. They provided us with a full programme of how the phases would take place, and our role in the creation of the web site. The added advantage of having the web site developer with us when we provided our clients with an induction course, using the FTP addresses, gave our customers the confidence that we were on top of things.
Willie Brown I.T. are flexible in all areas, and will be fair with any extra costs.
We are currently looking at expanding our web site further, based on recommenfations by Willie Brown I.T.
