I feel very fortunate that White Fuse Media was chosen to design our site. The website provides support for my book and White Fuse did an incredible job of incorporating the book design into the website, and of synthesizing the needs of the website, my design sensibilities, and the interests of the publisher. I brought them a lot of content, information, and ideas for navigating the site and White Fuse paid attention to all these details in their design. The site that they created built upon my requests, but with an elegance and ease that surpassed what I imagined. Their design is modern, clean, comprehensive, and efficient. During the launch, many browsers commented on the "elegance" of the site. This was very important to me as the book is an art book so users look to the website's aesthetics to learn about the book. That I can be proud that the website's style reflects upon my book is terrific!

Working with the White Fuse designers was also a pleasure. They were very flexible about building the site in such a way that allowed me to do most of the "data entry" in order to keep expenses low. They designed and built the site and then taught me how to create pages, order pages, place images, etc. I thought it would take several training sessions, but their template was very user-friendly, and it really only took one initial 40 minute conversation to learn the basic tasks of adding content. George Young and Andy Pearson taught me what I needed to know, using examples from my site rather than hypothetical technical jargon. They walked me through each of the processes. If I ran into any problems, they emailed back very quickly with helpful, practical solutions. It's amazing to me that I was able to participate to the extent that I did and that, in retrospect (and with their help), it seemed so easy! It's also AMAZING that I'm able to update the site ON MY OWN very easily and with no assistance. It gives me incredible control of the website and allows the site to be as up-to-date as I want it to be.

White Fuse has also been really wonderful about making additions and changes, such as adding a forgotten tab and a facebook link. And they were great about dealing with the few problems that surfaced when the site was launched.

I LOVE the website. It's beautiful and visually compelling. It presents a lot of information efficiently and is fun to navigate. I am a big fan of White Fuse!!!

Sincerely,
Rebekah Modrak

White Fuse are great to work with. They are personable and able to communicate without jargon which instantly made us feel like we were in safe hands. They were always on the end of the phone and email and honest about deadlines and timelines etc. They took extra time and care to ensure they understood our needs as a small charity and challenged us to think about why we wanted certain things - they're not afraid to push or say if you've gone off piste and were open to us doing the same. They were brilliant at understanding our brief and played a key role in the design of the website - taking on board ideas that we liked in other sites to work through to a final design we're really happy with.

We've really appreciated and benefited from the level of charity website expertise, They helped us think strategically about our goals and advised us on how to structure our content and pages towards helping us achieve them. We wanted quite a complex site including evaluative questionnaires, a shop, a members area etc and we never felt at any point that this was beyond their capability. We get the impression that they are a bunch who enjoy a challenge and are extremely hard working. They took time to make sure we understood how to use the content management system and were happy for repeat phone-calls when we were unsure about anything. Bugs were sorted out very quickly and according to the severity of the problem.

We needed our website to be almost like an additional employee and so have worked it quite hard. We're still working with them now to work on additional functionality for our website, as we've found that now it's up and running, we need extra things from it. We've appreciated their transparency about costings and we'd definitely work with them again.

White Fuse Media were recommended to me by a former colleague who had been impressed with their work. Their focus on charity and NGO websites also provided a particular selling point and they were able to provide experienced advice on our fundraising strategies throughout the process.
The designer and team offered a professional and responsive service, balancing our specific requests with the broader demands of the overall website style and feel. Any jargon was explained and they provided on-hand assistance as I navigated the intuitive content management system and loaded site material.
We are very pleased with the final outcome, which we believe is an eye-catching and engaging website delivered at good value for money.

This website is the online element of a journalism training package that also includes a textbook.
The website needed to mirror the textbook both in terms of design and, most importantly, in stucture.
The textbook was written so that students could gather essential information through the more easily absorbed and remembered text format, and then go to the corresponding element of the website to see visualsiations of what was being taught, and also interact with the author and others in the community that was created around the project.
White Fuse were impressive in immediately grasping this concept and working with both publisher and author to realise the vision.
They worked with publisher and author to ensure that the website they created dovetailed with the print element of the project.
They have also shown a proactive attitude to additins to the project including a mobile phone app

We were very happy with White Fuse Media's redevelopment of our website. Throughout the project they communicated well with us. They did a good job of retaining the design elements that worked well on our existing site but improving other aspects for a great overall effect. We were keen to have a lot of imput into the process and be quite specfic with some of our requests, White Fuse Media were comfortable with this. They were very flexible when we changed out mind on some elements of the site and when deadlines changed. Overall the result represented great value for money.

White Fuse Media were fantastic to work with from start to finish of the entire process. They quickly understood what we wanted from our website, and created a site which captured our personality as well as achieving precisely what we needed. The communicated clearly with us throughout, and we felt very much listened to and a part of the process. They were very responsive, professional and friendly at every stage, and have produced a high quality product for us. I would recommend White Fuse Media to any of my professional contacts without hesitation, confident that they would do an outstanding job.

Whitefuse designed our regional pages and wordpress blog. They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. Responsive, reliable, creative and intelligent. They put up with our last minute changes and collaborated with our other technical partners. We are now working on our second project with White fuse media. We would definately recommend them. We have experience working with many web/technical suppliers and Whitefuse are no-nonsense, which is really key. We trust them and they are easy to manage.

I was very satisfied with the website delivered by AG Adapt. They really listened to us, understood our needs and created a fantastic site to give us the ideal online presence. The best thing was their ability to respond to our specific requirements and have us involved in the process. They kept good communication and were quick on following things up - even when we changed the brief! I would definitely recommend AG Adapt and had no complaints at all.
