Requests were always taken into consideration, if they couldnt achieve an exact response they would always suggest workable alternatives. We were kept informed of developments and always felt part of the process. Thankfully conversations and explainations were kept relatively jargon free, it was never an issue. We were very happy with the final outcome, it took a little time to get there but was worth waiting for. Compications which sometimes appeared unsurmountable to us were always dealt with in a cost effective and efficient manner.

Patient and tolerant are the first 2 words that comes to mind when I describe the way in which WebTrendz coped with this project. There was little or no initial design brief and the ideas kept evolving and changing throughout. Despite this the WebTrendz team kept the project moving forward, explained everything clearly and helped us to make decisions as these were needed. They never seemed pushy but we always managed to reach a decision when it mattered. The end result was a spectacular content managed site that was easy to update and that rapidly achieved a top of page Google listing against our critical keywords. I would have no hesitation in recommending WebTrendz to anybody that needs a solid mix of design flair and competence in search engine optimisation.
We had an excellent relationship with the web design team. They were always available at the end of the phone or in person whenever we needed.
They listened and adhered to all our requests and constantly kept us updated with all the changes and developments they were implementing. In addition, they spent time thinking creatively how to improve the design of the site.
They communicated the whole process in a language we could understand.
Any complications that arose, they dealt with them immediately and resolved the issues.
We were very happy with the final outcome of the site - and will continue to develop it with Webtrendz.

All requests were taken on board by them and advantages and disadvantages explained.
