The price was very good and we now have a website that is so clean and fresh looking but is also very easy to navigate your way around. Within 2 days of the new website officially launching, we had 3 new inquiries! We didn't have this for 6 months with the old website so we are so impressed. Website Design Milton Keynes has also managed to get our website on the first page of google for so many keywords and it is brilliant, we just wished now that we hadn't waited so long to get a new website built.
We did not know very much about websites apart from we knew exactly what we wanted from it. We had a few meetings throughout the process and their team did not speak website jargon to us, they kept it all very simply and explained everything in full so we were well aware of what was happening. How do you manage demanding clients?

”At WDMK we have processes to ensure we provide our clients the very best service at all times. Our clients come to us as they are looking to work with experts in our field so they get the very best results from their project requirements.
If a client was demanding we would first look into the demands and if a requirement, lets say the completion of the project had to be brought forward then we would look at our schedules and if we could accommodate we would would discuss with the client and make the necessary changes.
However we do not have issues with demanding clients as we believe communication is king when outsourcing any project so our clients understand and know the process”

If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?

”There are many areas to look at however there are three that can definitely help you on your way.
The first area I would always look at is communication and how has this been from all the companies involved, if any of the companies have been hard to get hold of during the sales process then imagine what this will be like once the company has your money. Also find out what processes they have to ensure you the client are in the loop and kept updated during development.
The second area I would test is are they willing to come and meet you, now this does depend on the budget of the project and also location but always a good indicator.
And finally I would look at their understanding and their proposal, have they gone to a good level of effort in trying to win your business and is the information that you have received been professional as if not this could be a warning sign of the completed project.

On a serious note we have a vision for the future which is linked in to our business plan so I will not go into massive detail. We believe the industry will be opened up and technologies will change the how websites and profiles are created however technologies always change, adapt and improve. We feel the big change will be in the service side of the industry and that websites and the marketing will become one.”
