Building a relationship with Matthew was easy. He is a good listener who gets a real feeling for what you do. All my requests where taken on board and I was contacted at every stage of the creation to make sure it satisfied my needs and expectations.
As I made clear from the beginning, I wanted a website that was easy to use because I am not a computer genius. So Matthew always spoke my language and made it as simple as possible for me to understand.

Matthew worked with me to redesign the existing dis-functional website I got nervous about. His professional view on my e-commerce website was truly beneficial.
His expertise added to a good jargon free communication mean that I now have a great website (I suppose almost perfect). All my requests have been answered and it was fantastic being involved in the building. Matthew always checked if I was happy with everything as it happened and helped me getting to grip with the administration side which was new to me but so much easier than on the previous system. A few days to learn and I was ready to upload my products Then, as soon as I was ready, the website went live. It only took about 4weeks, all in schedule.
Matthew took care of all the hosting changes and actually my website is working more steadily since the hosting is with him.
It has been a blessing working with Matthew and the business is going from strength to strength.
