Web Sandwich: Tasty, healthy and nutritious

WWDC: What's your business philosophy?
Web Sandwich: Complete satisfaction, honesty and fairness, quickly followed by efficiency and results.

WWDC: Describe your office environment.
Web Sandwich: I work on my own, so I'm surrounded by lots of my books and design albums. Definitely with a cup of coffee / peppermint teas in front of me.

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Web Sandwich: Flexibility and attention to my customers' goals. I emphasise good communication and honesty to find out what is to be accomplished, even if the customer may not realise that at the beginning. Each project is a way we both have to follow towards the success.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Web Sandwich: voluntary work, satisfied customers and friends/colleagues

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Web Sandwich: Meeting - defining goals - suggested solution - early prototype - corrections and changes - final review - eternal happiness All stages have to be written off.

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Web Sandwich: Good communication and honesty, with a good dollop of fairness.

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Web Sandwich: Using my experience from working with (sometimes) difficult students - by staying calm, looking for different approaches and solutions and cummunicating in a clear way.

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Web Sandwich: By getting in touch with some of them to describe the problem briefly and see which one is more ready to be committed to finding a solution.

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
Web Sandwich: Employing a few carefully selected people, working with customers all over UK and Poland and still in Edinburgh.

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
Web Sandwich: I see it going more mobile, more social and more end user friendly.

WWDC: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
Web Sandwich: Both PC and Mac

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
